At Trendy Girly Stuff (TGS), we carefully pack every order and work to get your products delivered safely and on time. We provide shipping across India for our retail, wholesale, and reseller customers.

We deliver orders Pan India to almost all pincodes through trusted courier partners.
Our courier partners may include:

XpressBees
Ekart
Other suitable courier partners, depending on the delivery location and shipment requirements
⏱️ Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
Your delivery pincode
Courier availability
Order size and weight
Weather conditions
Festivals, holidays, or high-order periods
Unforeseen delays by the courier partner
Remote and non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.
📦 Order Processing & Dispatch
- We usually process and pack orders withinn 24 hrs after successful order confirmation and payment verification.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking details through the available communication channel.
- We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but processing time may be slightly longer during high-demand seasons such as Rakhi, Sawan, Diwali and other festive periods.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to factors such as:
Delivery location
Package weight and dimensions
Shipping method
Order value and applicable offers
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Generally charges are around-
For Prepaid- 90Rs (upto 1 kg)
For COD- 110 Rs (upto 1 kg)
Some products or offers may include Free Shipping, as specifically mentioned on the product or promotional page.
💳 COD & Partial COD
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations and orders.
For selected COD orders, we may require a ₹100 advance payment, with the remaining amount payable through COD at the time of delivery.
COD availability may depend on the delivery pincode, order value, product, and courier service.
📍 Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, a tracking ID will be shared with you.
You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.
Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over to the courier.
⚠️ Delayed or Stuck Shipments
Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your shipment is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will check the shipment status and assist you as much as possible.
📦 Damaged or Open Package
Please check the package condition at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please take clear photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct:
Name
Mobile number
House/Shop number
Street/Area & Landmark
City
State
Pincode
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order & advance amount will NOT be refunded.
🚫 Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us because the customer refuses delivery, does not accept the package, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable for repeated delivery attempts, the order may be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin).
Any applicable shipping or return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount or may need to be paid before re-dispatch.
🛍️ Wholesale & Reseller Orders
For wholesale and reseller orders, shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on the order quantity, weight, dimensions, and destination.
Resellers should confirm product availability before placing an order, as stock can change quickly.
🎉 Festive & High-Demand Periods
During periods of high demand such as Rakhi, Sawan, Diwali and other festive seasons, order processing and courier delivery may take longer than usual.
We recommend placing festive orders in advance to avoid last-minute delivery issues.
